Besides this 2 cases, there were other similar discussions between the TV networks, movie studios and manufactures that lead to a court, where they debated over the issues of DVRs use. And these discussions continue till present time. Among the most recent, there is a case between AT&T and TiVo in January 2012. For AT&T it resulted, among others, in commitment to repay $215 million to TiVo till 2018.
